This flat refurbishment project in London turned a two-bedroom flat into a modern and cosy home.
The flat was completely renovated by our professional builders, who stripped it back to brick and installed new plumbing and electrics. They also insulated the external walls and roof space, making the flat more comfortable and energy-efficient. The bathroom was redesigned to maximise the space and functionality. The floor structure was levelled and acoustic insulation and sound-damping strips were added, creating a quiet and smooth surface for the new wood flooring. A bespoke wardrobe was built in the bedroom to fit an awkward angle, adding more storage and style. The flat was finished with new doors, a general carpentry kitchen, and decoration throughout.
